1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using Back-A-Boobie, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a legally binding contract to launch a campaign or make a contribution on Back-A-Boobie.
3. Campaigns
Campaigners are solely responsible for the accuracy of their campaign content and for using funds as described in their campaign. Back-A-Boobie reviews campaigns before they go live but does not guarantee outcomes. Each user profile may host a single active campaign at a time.
4. Contributions
Contributions are made directly to campaigners; Back-A-Boobie facilitates payment processing but is not a party to the agreement between backers and campaigners. Refunds are handled case-by-case in line with our Help Center guidance.
5. Fees
A platform fee is deducted from funds raised to cover payment processing and operating costs. The current fee is disclosed at checkout before a contribution is made.
6. Prohibited Use
You may not use the platform for unlawful purposes, to post false or misleading campaign content, or to circumvent our trust and safety review process.
7. Limitation of Liability
Back-A-Boobie is provided "as is." We are not liable for the conduct of campaigners or backers, or for outcomes of any individual campaign.
8. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
